Kick-off Event

#WeLoveAccorHotels is a worldwide initiative designed to spread the word about AccorHotels’ beautiful properties and lifestyle. Here in the UK, we launched a year-long campaign with a kick-off event in London on Friday 24th June.

Four hotels were selected to host 12 bloggers over the course of the evening: ibis London Euston St Pancras Hotel, Pullman London St Pancras Hotel, Novotel London Brentford Hotel and Castle Hotel Windsor MGallery Collection. These particular hotels were chosen to represent their brand and highlight the quality and range AccorHotels has to offer. Each hotel showed off their unique style with different food, drinks and activities.

The night was also live streamed on Periscope and updated live on Twitter.

During the evening, we surprised the 12 bloggers by gifting them each their own stay in one of our properties in the UK, therefore securing more social presence, blog posts and backlinks to the AccorHotels.com over the following 12 months.

Results

3.7 million reach after kick-off event

4.8 million total reach over length of campaign (1 year)
